Pro Sound & Lighting Retail Assistant
Overview
Due to expansion, Soundsavers is now recruiting for a Pro Sound & Lighting Sales Assistant. Reporting to the Retail Manager (manager), the Sales Assistant will support customers both in store and online. The successful candidate will have a related degree or equivalent experience in music, DJ, PA and lighting.
Duties
Deal with customer enquiries
Product demonstrations
Writing website content and blog articles
Inventory Management
Processing returns
Identifying and escalating issues that require the attention of management
Essential Experience
DJ, music production or live sound experience
Computer / MS Office literate
Desirable Experience
Demonstrable background in retail
Lighting design/operation experience
Working within an e-commerce environment
Skills / Approach
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Commercially aware, with the ability to promote the Soundsavers brand
Passionate about customer service
Salary
Dependent on experience
