Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Europe using UPS. Your carriage charge will be calculated
as you add items to your shopping cart, which will automatically apply the correct
carriage cost to your order. As a guide, large items such as speakers and amps
are shipped from £12, and smaller items such as strings and leads at 50p - £5.
Most orders will be despatched on day of order. All orders are dispatched within
two working days of order. In the event an item is out of stock we will contact
you to advise of a new delivery date, or an alternative where applicable. Please
note, we will never charge your card if the goods are not available to be shipped.
Most orders are shipped by UPS national courier and are insured against loss
or damage until signed for by you. It is important to inspect the items for
damage before you sign for delivery. Sorry but for security reasons it is NOT
possible for you to collect from the courier depot - the goods must be delivered
to the address you specify. Delivery is normally by next working day courier
service but please allow up to three working days for delivery. UK mainland
only.
Please note that the carriage cost quoted applies to UK mainland addresses
only. Offshore addresses are subject to a surcharge, as imposed on us by
our courier. If you are in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel
Islands, Scottish Islands or any other offshore location, please email or call
us on 08445 445 455 before ordering, to confirm carriage costs. Please note
that we will do our utmost to keep any surcharges to a minimum and absorb some
of the cost where possible.
Returns
If you have a faulty item or have received a damaged product please click

If an item is faulty on delivery we will send a replacement within 48 hours
(if in stock) and arrange collection of the defective item. Otherwise simply
send the item back to us, packed to the same standard as you received it, and
we will repair (or replace as appropriate) and return at no cost. If you are
unable to send it to us we can collect for a nominal charge. If we have collected
any item which proves not be be faulty, then the customer shall be liable to
pay for the uplift and delivery charge. If we have arranged any uplift for ANY
reason from a customer, and the customer is not at home at the agreed time then
we will either charge a £12 journey fee (charged to us by our courier), or ask
that the item be returned by the customer directly.
